Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.basinrv.com), our online parts store, our mobile RV repair and maintenance services, and our roadside assistance plans. By accessing our site, booking a service, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Scope of Services
Basin RV provides mobile RV repair, routine maintenance, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and retail sales of RV parts and accessories. Our mobile technicians travel to your location (within our designated service areas) to perform agreed-upon diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work.
Estimates, Pricing & Payments
We strive to offer reasonable and transparent pricing. Estimates provided prior to diagnosis or service are approximate and subject to change based on hidden damage, parts availability, or additional labor discovered during service. All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith based on manufacturer specifications and supplier data. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Special orders and parts orders require an upfront deposit as determined by Basin RV. Payment for mobile services, parts, and repairs is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions
For mobile repairs, customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location to work on the RV. If park management prohibits outside mobile repair, the customer is responsible for relocating the vehicle. Customers must remove personal belongings obstructing repair areas and secure pets during service. Technicians reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our mobile repair services, parts sales, or roadside assistance. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Basin RV for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Basin RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or failures resulting from normal wear and tear or improper prior maintenance.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Return & Refund Policy
Effective August 2, 2026
General Part Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unopened parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality control, electrical parts and used parts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered or picked up, electrical components (such as control boards, converters, thermostats, and electrical cords) and any pre-owned or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please verify part numbers and compatibility before purchasing.
Special Orders & Deposits
Parts ordered specifically for a customer ("Special Orders") require a non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. If a customer cancels a special order prior to fulfillment, the deposit may be retained by Basin RV to cover restocking fees and freight charges imposed by suppliers.
Mobile Repair Services & Labor
Mobile repair labor, diagnostic fees, and emergency dispatch fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed or the technician has arrived on-site. If you have concerns about a completed repair, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. When picking up parts at our Odessa shop, please call ahead at 432-310-5681 to confirm your order is ready.
Warranty Disclaimers (Parts)

"AS IS" Sale of Parts
All parts, accessories, and equipment sold by Basin RV (whether purchased through our online store, over the phone, or supplied during a mobile repair) are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing for specific new items.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV explicitly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability (that the product is fit for ordinary use) and the Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose (that the product is suitable for your specific, unstated application).
Manufacturer Warranties
Many parts and appliances sold by Basin RV carry a manufacturer's limited warranty (e.g., Suburban, Dometic, Coleman-Mach). Any applicable warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer, not Basin RV. Customers seeking warranty service must adhere to the respective manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures. Basin RV may assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims upon request, subject to labor and diagnostic fees.
Limitation of Liability for Part Failures
Basin RV shall not be responsible or liable for any secondary damage, consequential loss, labor costs, camping fees, lodging, or towing expenses resulting from the failure of any part or accessory sold or installed, whether defective or otherwise.
B2B Sourcing & Authorized Distributor Disclosure

Authorized Distribution & Product Authenticity
Basin RV is an authorized reseller and independent distributor of genuine OEM parts, accessories, and equipment. We maintain authorized distributor relationships and verified B2B supplier accounts with leading industry manufacturers and distributors, including direct authorized accounts withDometic and NTP Stag, along with an Amazon Business Primeaccount that serves as a legitimate sourcing channel for retail products alongside our other B2B wholesale accounts. All products are authentic and supplied through authorized distribution networks in compliance with applicable federal and Texas laws. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, gray-market, or unauthorized products.
Manufacturer Warranties Pass Through
While we source products through authorized channels, any applicable manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer and is governed by their terms and conditions. Basin RV makes no independent warranty beyond what is provided by the manufacturer, except as expressly stated in writing.
Compliance & Indemnification
All products sold and services rendered by Basin RV are offered in accordance with applicable federal and Texas laws regarding authorized distribution, product sales, and consumer protection, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, provided that products were sourced through Basin RV's authorized B2B accounts (including Dometic, NTP Stag, and our Amazon Business Prime account) or other legitimate wholesale distribution channels, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Basin RV harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from allegations of counterfeiting, unauthorized resale, or gray-market distribution.
