Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.basin-rv.com), our online parts store, our mobile RV repair and maintenance services, and our roadside assistance plans. By accessing our site, booking a service, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Scope of Services
Basin RV provides mobile RV repair, routine maintenance, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and retail sales of RV parts and accessories. Our mobile technicians travel to your location (within our designated service areas) to perform agreed-upon diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work.
Estimates, Pricing & Payments
We strive to offer reasonable and transparent pricing. Estimates provided prior to diagnosis or service are approximate and subject to change based on hidden damage, parts availability, or additional labor discovered during service. All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith based on manufacturer specifications and supplier data. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Special orders and parts orders require an upfront deposit as determined by Basin RV. Payment for mobile services, parts, and repairs is due immediately upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions
For mobile repairs, customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location to work on the RV. If park management prohibits outside mobile repair, the customer is responsible for relocating the vehicle. Customers must remove personal belongings obstructing repair areas and secure pets during service. Technicians reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure (Vandalism, Weather & Natural Disasters)
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our mobile repair services, parts sales, or roadside assistance. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered or products sold shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Basin RV for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Basin RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or failures resulting from normal wear and tear or improper prior maintenance.
Vandalism & Break-Ins: Basin RV shall bear no liability or responsibility for any theft, vandalism, break-ins, property loss, or interior/exterior damage to recreational vehicles, trailers, or personal belongings left on company premises, customer property, or temporary service sites during repair, maintenance, or storage. Owners are strongly advised to maintain their own comprehensive and collision insurance covering such incidents.
Weather, Hail Damage & Acts of God: Basin RV is not liable for any damage caused to recreational vehicles or equipment resulting from acts of nature, severe weather events, windstorms, floods, freezing temperatures, lightning, or hail storms while vehicles are in our custody, parked on our premises, or undergoing service. All weather-related risks and damages are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner and their insurance carrier.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ector County, Texas. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Return & Refund Policy
Effective August 2, 2026
General Part Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unopened parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and quality control, electrical parts and used parts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased and delivered or picked up, electrical components (such as control boards, converters, thermostats, and electrical cords) and any pre-owned or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please verify part numbers and compatibility before purchasing.
Special Orders & Deposits
Parts ordered specifically for a customer ("Special Orders") require a non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. If a customer cancels a special order prior to fulfillment, the deposit may be retained by Basin RV to cover restocking fees and freight charges imposed by suppliers.
Mobile Repair Services & Labor
Mobile repair labor, diagnostic fees, and emergency dispatch fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed or the technician has arrived on-site. If you have concerns about a completed repair, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue. When picking up parts at our Odessa shop, please call ahead at 432-310-5681 to confirm your order is ready.
Warranty Disclaimers (Parts)

"AS IS" Sale of Parts
All parts, accessories, and equipment sold by Basin RV (whether purchased through our online store, over the phone, or supplied during a mobile repair) are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing for specific new items.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV explicitly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability (that the product is fit for ordinary use) and the Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose (that the product is suitable for your specific, unstated application).
Manufacturer Warranties
Many parts and appliances sold by Basin RV carry a manufacturer's limited warranty (e.g., Suburban, Dometic, Coleman-Mach). Any applicable warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer, not Basin RV. Customers seeking warranty service must adhere to the respective manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures. Basin RV may assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims upon request, subject to labor and diagnostic fees.
Limitation of Liability for Part Failures
Basin RV shall not be responsible or liable for any secondary damage, consequential loss, labor costs, camping fees, lodging, or towing expenses resulting from the failure of any part or accessory sold or installed, whether defective or otherwise.

Nature of Mobile RV Repair Services
Basin RV provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, and emergency roadside assistance. While our technicians are highly skilled and professional, mobile repairs performed on-site (at campsites, RV parks, or roadside locations) involve inherent environmental and vehicle-specific variables.
Limitation of Liability for Services
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Basin RV is not liable for failures, breakdowns, or damages arising from pre-existing structural flaws, wear and tear, corrosion, hidden damage, or previous improper repairs on the customer's RV.
- Operational Risks: Customers acknowledge that certain repairs involve dismantling components, plumbing, or electrical systems in mobile environments. Basin RV is not liable for incidental damage resulting from necessary diagnostic or repair procedures conducted with the customer's consent.
- Vandalism, Break-Ins & Theft: Basin RV assumes zero liability for theft, vandalism, break-ins, or loss of personal property or equipment from any recreational vehicle left on-site, parked at our facility, or undergoing repair.
- Hail Damage, Weather Events & Acts of God: Basin RV is not responsible or liable for any damage caused by hail, severe weather, windstorms, floods, freezing, or any other natural disaster or Act of God while the vehicle is in our care, custody, or control.
- Cap on Liability: In any event, Basin RV's total aggregate liability for any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from mobile repair services shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by the customer to Basin RV for the specific service call in question.
Customer Indemnification
By requesting mobile repair or roadside services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basin RV, its owners, technicians, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of unsafe customer site conditions, lack of property owner authorization for repair, or failure to disclose relevant vehicle history.
Texas Sales Tax Disclosure
Effective August 2, 2026
Sales Tax Compliance
In accordance with Texas tax laws, Basin RV collects applicable state and local sales tax on all taxable goods (including RV parts, equipment, and retail accessories) sold online or at our shop. A6.25% Texas state sales tax is applied to retail sales and product checkouts.
- Tax Calculation: Displayed catalog prices for parts and productsdo not include sales tax. Applicable Texas sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address or point of delivery within the State of Texas, and the total amount is displayed to the customer before payment information is entered.
- Exemptions: If you are purchasing parts under a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt organization status, please contact us directly atBasinrv.serv@yahoo.comor 432-310-5681 with your tax exemption documentation prior to completing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed through our online store are processed during normal business hours (Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM). If an item ordered online is out of stock or requires special ordering, our team will contact you promptly. Customers are always encouraged to call us at 432-310-5681 to verify part availability prior to ordering.
Shipping Rates, Freight & Delivery Timelines
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and shipping method selected. Freight and delivery charges for air conditioners or large, heavy items are calculated at the time of purchase, with potential additional shipping fees depending on the item's weight and the shipping destination. Basin RV is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or supply chain shortages.
Risk of Loss & Damaged Shipments
All items purchased from Basin RV are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and report the damage to both the shipping carrier and Basin RV within 48 hours of delivery.
Local Pickup
Customers who prefer to pick up orders in person at our Odessa shop are requested tocall ahead at 432-310-5681 to ensure a representative is on-site and your order is ready for pickup.
Roadside Assistance Plan Terms
Effective August 2, 2026
These Roadside Assistance Plan Terms govern the roadside assistance membership plans offered by Basin RV. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Plan Coverage & Services
Depending on your subscribed plan level, included benefits cover:
- Fuel Delivery: Emergency fuel delivered to your location, subject to per-visit and annual limits by plan tier.
- Battery Jumps: Emergency battery jump-start services.
- Tire Changes: Assistance with changing a flat tire using your vehicle's spare (where included by plan tier).
- Member Repair Discounts: Membership discounts on mobile and shop repairs available under the Platinum Plan.
Service Area Limitations
Roadside assistance services are provided within Basin RV's designated service radius around Odessa, Texas, and surrounding areas. Service outside our standard coverage zone may incur additional mileage or dispatch fees.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Commercial & Unsafe Vehicles: Plans cover personal recreational vehicles (RVs). Vehicles in unsafe mechanical condition, commercial transport vehicles, or vehicles located in inaccessible off-road terrain are excluded.
- Parts & Fluids: Except for included emergency fuel, the cost of replacement parts, tires, batteries, fluids, or special equipment is not included in plan pricing.
Response Time Disclaimers
While Basin RV strives to provide prompt and reliable 24-hour emergency service, response times may vary due to severe weather, traffic conditions, high emergency call volumes, or remote geographic locations. We do not guarantee specific arrival times.
Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Monthly and annual plans automatically renew on their respective billing cycles unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us at 432-310-5681 orBasinrv.serv@yahoo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial membership periods.
Consignment & Storage Terms
Effective August 3, 2026
These Consignment & Storage Terms govern any recreational vehicles, trailers, parts, or equipment placed on consignment with Basin RV or stored at our facilities (9031 Helen Ave., Odessa, TX 79766). By placing an item on consignment or storing property with Basin RV, the owner agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Consignment Scope & Listing Fee
A one-time, non-refundable listing fee is paid upfront to feature your item on https://www.basin-rv.com. You keep possession of your RV or vehicle the whole time. Once an item is listed on the Basin RV consignment / member page, the upfront listing fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The Consignor certifies that they are the legal owner of the consigned property, that the property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances (or that all lienholders are disclosed in writing), and that they have full legal authority to sell the property.
Storage, Custody & Owner's Risk
Storage fees for consigned inventory or customer vehicles left past agreed completion dates shall be billed at the standard facility rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. All property left on Basin RV premises for storage, consignment, or repair is stored entirely at the owner's risk.
Limitation of Liability & Premises Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Basin RV, its owners, employees, and agents shallnot be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of consigned vehicles, parts, or stored property resulting from:
- Vandalism & Break-Ins: Theft, burglary, vandalism, property loss, or unauthorized entry onto the premises.
- Weather & Acts of God: Hail storms, severe weather, windstorms, floods, lightning, freezing temperatures, or any natural disaster.
- Accidental Damage: Accidental damage occurring during display, movement, or storage on premises.
Owners are strictly required to maintain their own comprehensive, collision, and property insurance covering the vehicle or equipment while on consignment or in storage at Basin RV.
Indemnification
The Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Basin RV, its owners, and employees from any claims, liens, lawsuits, damages, or attorney fees arising out of defective title, undisclosed liens, misrepresentation of vehicle condition, or any third-party claims related to the consigned property.
B2B Sourcing & Authorized Distributor Disclosure

Authorized Distribution & Product Authenticity
Basin RV is an authorized reseller and independent distributor of genuine OEM parts, accessories, and equipment. We maintain authorized distributor relationships and verified B2B supplier accounts with leading industry manufacturers and distributors, including direct authorized accounts withDometic and NTP Stag, along with an Amazon Business Primeaccount that serves as a legitimate sourcing channel for retail products alongside our other B2B wholesale accounts. All products are authentic and supplied through authorized distribution networks in compliance with applicable federal and Texas laws. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, gray-market, or unauthorized products.
Manufacturer Warranties Pass Through
While we source products through authorized channels, any applicable manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the original manufacturer and is governed by their terms and conditions. Basin RV makes no independent warranty beyond what is provided by the manufacturer, except as expressly stated in writing.
Compliance & Indemnification
All products sold and services rendered by Basin RV are offered in accordance with applicable federal and Texas laws regarding authorized distribution, product sales, and consumer protection, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, provided that products were sourced through Basin RV's authorized B2B accounts (including Dometic, NTP Stag, and our Amazon Business Prime account) or other legitimate wholesale distribution channels, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Basin RV harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from allegations of counterfeiting, unauthorized resale, or gray-market distribution.

Basin RV™, the Basin RV logo, and all associated brand elements, service marks, and trade names used on our website, vehicles, uniforms, and marketing materials are trademarks and/or service marks owned and operated by Basin RV Repair LLC. All rights are reserved. The Basin RV name, logo, taglines, and branding are protected marks. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Basin RV's trademarks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Trademarks & Fair Use
All third-party product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on our website or in our sales materials (including but not limited to Dometic™, NTP Stag®, Suburban®, Coleman-Mach®, and Camco®) are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these marks is made solely for the purpose of identifying the genuine products we sell and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the respective trademark holders, except where expressly stated as an authorized distributor relationship.
